Post cards: I maintain mailing lists of potential home buyers and regularly send them new listings. My most recent mailing included 1,000 postcards.

Newsletter advertising: I advertise in the Capitol Beach association newsletter which is emailed to all members of the association on a monthly basis.

Home seller questionnaires: As part of the listing process, I will work with you to create a detailed inventory of improvements and maintenance that has been done on your home. This simple questionnaire can be a key factor in setting your home apart from other homes a buyer may be considering.

The old-fashioned red binder: I keep examples of all of my best marketing work so that we can review the best way to get the word out about your particular home. The binder is available to all of my home sellers and helps them take an active role in seeing how their home will be marketed.
